The Port of Gdynia has formally launched the procedure to select the private partner! The Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. has formally launched the tender process to select a private partner for the “Construction of the Outer Port in the Port of Gdynia” PPP project. The process is conducted as a competitive dialogue –the optimal form of tendering provided for in the Public Procurement Law and Public-Private Partnership Act for large infrastructure projects.
